About The Event

The event does require having a boat on the lake or being invited by an attending boat owner.

Join JYC on July 4th to enjoy fireworks as we celebrate our great nation's independence.  We will raft up at Liggett Cove Dam before dusk.  If you can't make it by sunset that's not a problem, just join us when you can. Will monitor hails on VHF 72. 

Traditionally each boat provides an appetizer to be passed around and shared between the boats.  Many also have a "signature boat drink" that they share with others as well.
